Bin Sougat trading company was founded by his excellence Mr. Hamad Ahmad Bin Sougat back in 1980 then formed and established in 2001 by his son Mr. Abdulla Bin Hamad Bin Sougat as Bin Sougat group of companies.
The group is constantly meeting with continued market growth and changes in the urban business landscape,over the years it has developed a diversified portfolio of verticals across many industries;

  • Real estate is the main core of the business, which includes developments, leasing and management of different properties at prime locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Educational Industry: The group holds a stake in one of the oldest private schools in Dubai, “Al Mawakeb Schools “and “International School of Art and Science”.
  • Manufacturing Industry: The Group owns a 50% share in “Ajmal Perfumes”, one of the leading perfume manufacturers in the region.
  • Maritime Industry: The group has investments in Middle East container Repair Company.
  • MECRC” is a leading service provider of container inspection and repair services in the UAE, Located strategically inside Jebal Ali and Khalifa ports.

In general, the group has a diversified strong investment portfolio locally and internationally.
